Chartered Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Coach - Support for anxiety, overwhelm and burnout in midlife.

Choosing me as your Psychotherapist means not just talking about your challenges but creating long-term change. My expertise as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist allows us to explore beyond the surface, uncovering the deeper beliefs and patterns shaping your life.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy. Drawing on my years working alongside world-renowned Psychiatrist Professor Steve Peters, I integrate insights from neuroscience into our sessions, helping you understand how your brain functions and why it reacts the way it does.

This holistic approach equips you with both the understanding and practical tools to not only navigate challenges but to feel more optimistic and resilient about the future.

Clients often tell me that I bring professional expertise with practical insights and genuine compassion. They appreciate how my perceptive questions help uncover the roots of their struggles, and they value the practical conversations we share about life’s challenges. Therapy doesn’t have to always be serious, sometimes we share a laugh, which helps keep things honest, real, and a little lighter as we work through the tough stuff together.

Having personally faced many of the challenges midlife can throw at us including loss of parents, an empty nest, health concerns, perimenopause, and workplace stress, I bring not only professional knowledge but also a deep, personal understanding and empathy to our work together. Midlife can be hard, but you don’t have to face it alone.
